We ship almost worldwide at competitive rates. For a list of countries we currently can’t deliver to, see here.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order delivery times for different regions are outlined below:
- The U.S. and Canada: 3 - 6 working days with standard shipping and 2 - 3 business days with express shipping.
- EU and UK orders: 3 - 6 working days with standard shipping and 2 - 3 business days with express shipping.
- Rest of the world: 4 - 14 working days with standard shipping and 2 - 7 business days with express shipping.

We use all major carriers and postal services, as well as reputable local courier partners.You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

If you live outside the U.S., Canada, EU, or UK, you will be responsible for any duty charges, taxes, and any other fees that may be applicable in your location.

What are LastMasks made from?
LastMasks have a 3-layered filtered design. The outer layer uses 100% recycled PET (RPET), the middle layer is made from SS non-woven fabric, and the inner layer uses 100% organic cotton. Importantly, LastMasks meet WHO guidelines for fabric masks.
How long can I wear the mask?
LastMasks should only be worn for a maximum of 4 hours at a time.
How should I put on the mask?
First, use your hand sanitizer before handling and putting on the mask. As soon as your hands are clean, take the mask out of the case and put each strap around each of your ears, one at a time. Next, pull the mask over your mouth, nose, and chin to ensure it’s covering all the essential areas. Finally, adjust the straps for a snug fit on your face.
How should I take off the mask?
First, use your hand sanitizer before handling and taking off the mask. As soon as your hands are clean, loosen the straps to easily remove the mask. Store the mask in the silicone case to prevent contamination and sanitize your hands again. Aim to wash the silicone case and mask daily when in use.
Does the LastMask x Spray include sanitizer?
Unfortunately, we can’t ship flammable liquids across borders. As a result, we only include a refillable spray bottle with your LastMask x Spray order, which you can easily refill with your favourite sanitizer brand. We recommend using liquid alcohol based sanitizers and not gel ones.
Can the case hold a normal mask as well?
Yes, you can use the silicone case to store other normal face masks.
Where are LastMasks manufactured?
LastMask x Spray is manufactured in China. When we work with non-EU manufacturers, we only work with manufacturers that have SMETA (ethical audit) certificates.
